2. Products & Pricing

2.1 Accuracy: We strive to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our collections as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color of the products. 2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable sales taxes (GST, HST, or PST), which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. 2.3 Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time. Orders already confirmed will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

3.1 Order Placement: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging the details of your purchase. This email is a confirmation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. 3.2 Acceptance: The purchase agreement between you and Eve Lorell is only finalized when we send a secondary email confirming that your items have been shipped. 3.3 Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient stock, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected unauthorized or illegal activity. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Shipping & Returns

4.1 All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and brand identity—is the exclusive property of Eve Lorell and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. 5.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without express written consent from Eve Lorell.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Eve Lorell provides this website and its products on an "as is" basis. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. 6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eve Lorell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7.1 These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the laws of the province of Ontario. 7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
